The Main Awards ceremony is a four-day extravaganza of African culture, fashion and entertainment. However, the Main Awards show opens at 4.30 p.m. with the live broadcast Red Carpet showcase of the fashion and vibe of Africa’s music talents. There would be special interviews by the media on the Red Carpet anchored by five celebrities’ African red-carpet hosts.
The live broadcast awards ceremony follows at 7.30 p.m. with high profile guest attendance, energizing stage performances, and inspiring moments.

Some of the other activities in those four days of main awards activities are:

DIAMOND SHOWCASE

Underground and new artistes showcase to the industry lords (A&Rs, managers, Record company and label owners, media, investorsetc). These newbies will be selected from all the 5 regions of Africa (5 artistes) and the diaspora to perform.

Time: 7pm – 11:30pm daily.

AFRICA MUSIC BUSINESS SUMMIT

Conference + expo by partners and stakeholders in the business of music in Africa. Europe and America (record companies, equipment companies, financial
institutions, Ministers of Industries and Trade, Culture, Art and Tourism from all over Africa + African Union Officials)
Participation: 1200 audience expected.
Registration: Invitational

NOMINEES AND GUEST WELCOME SOIRÉE

Bonding, meet and greet, social networking, celebrities, media, select stakeholders in music industry. Participation: Invitational for Host Country officials, Nominees, guests, media & sponsors
